What do you enjoy most about coming to CrossFit Chipping Norton: Getting pushed more than I would training on my own and learning new things that I wouldn’t know how to do otherwise.
Name some of your achievements since starting with CrossFit Chipping Norton: 500m row—1:25, was pretty happy with that, losing 16kg for my wedding.
Goals: Drop a bit more weight and gain lean muscle, I want to look like Scott but not as short haha
Favourite movie: Anchorman
Favourite food: FOOD—I love all food, actually a good BBQ
Favourite WOD or movement: I like doing weights and CrossFit style WODs with a bit of weights and cardio together.
Least favourite CrossFit movement or WOD: HATE BURPEES
Who or what inspires you: Elaine (trying to get brownie points for this one)
