What do you enjoy most about coming to CrossFit Chipping Norton: I enjoy the constant motivation from the coaches and how I am pushed passed things I never though I would achieve.
Name some of your achievements since starting with CrossFit Chipping Norton: I never use to be able to do pull-ups, now I can do 7, not to mention kipping pull-ups which I achieved 11 the other day.
Goals: To be able to do a snatch with some weight on the bar, and learn how to do a muscle up
Favourite movie: The Guardian
Favourite food: Avocado
Favourite WOD or movement: Chelsea (A killer though) and movement would be a power clean thanks to Vu for making me love it:)
Least favourite CrossFit movement or WOD: SNATCH and Wall Balls!!!!!!!!
Who or what inspires you: Physique Models competing in INBA and coach Vu my mentor of course, when he tells me I can do something I absolutely can, even though a second before I would be thinking ‘there’s no way I can do that’
Something people may not know about you: I am currently studying to be a Nurse.
