What you enjoy most about coming to CrossFit Chipping Norton: The friendships I have made it makes working out enjoyable especially when you are struggling and you look up and there is a smiling face or you hear a ‘C’mon!’
Name some of your achievements since starting with CrossFit Chipping Norton: There have been so many—losing weight, becoming stronger … I think the biggest achievement has been improving my aerobic ability at the beginning I would feel like I couldn’t breathe and I would forget to breathe so learning to breathe has been a big step in improving my fitness.
Goals: lose more weight, master a box jump, do double unders, improve my core strength, I’m sure I think of 1000 more goals everyday!!!
Favourite movie: Talladega Nights … it just cracks me up everytime!!
Favourite food: Love dark chocolate ..a nice steak or seafood
Favourite WOD or movement: Deadlifts
Least favourite CrossFit movement or WOD: Burpees & Wall balls
Who or what inspires you:
Strong women inspire me both being physically and mentally strong ….I dont like giving up and that trait in others inspires me.
