What do you enjoy most about coming to Cross Fit Chipping Norton: I enjoy walking into the gym and seeing friendly faces, having constant support by the coaches and team members. Love being able to complete a challenging WOD and seeing constant improvement in myself and others.
Name some of your achievements since starting with CrossFit Chipping Norton: Oh, there have been a lot of achievements but burpees would be the biggest one. My second achievement is being able to deadlift 102kgs.
Goals: Getting comfortable with Oly movements, being able to do a box jump, losing weight and being fit and healthy so I can start a family.
Favourite movie: Billy Madison, it’s a classic!
Favourite food: A good homemade lasagne – Yummo!
Favourite WOD or movement: Love the Airdyne – It’s so hard and will never be an easy movement but feels great when you have finished.
Least favourite CrossFit movement or WOD: Jackie!!! Haha, it’s a killer!
Who or what inspires you: Everyone at CFCN, we are all striving to be better, fitter and stronger. Seeing people hit their PR’s or certain goals of their own really pushes me to do better and it give more. If you can do it, so can I. Also, my Mentor Vu & Cuong – Vu knows how to push me and make me believe in myself and Cuong is always able to create drive in every WOD I do.
Something people may not know about you: I have been Skydiving – The best experience EVER & I also got my Open Water certificate in Scuba Diving – Looking at doing advance courses soon.
