Ski erg, rower, wall balls, burpee broad jumps, lunges, farmer's carries, running. The HYROX movements live in our regular group training. Same classes, same coaches, same programme. It just happens to be exactly what HYROX athletes need.

Doing more cardio. Running more kilometres. Throwing in random circuits between work and family.
HYROX is its own discipline. You need run conditioning, strength endurance, and station-specific work. Mixed in the right ratios. At the right intensities.
Random training won't get you there. Pure running won't either.
HYROX has eight stations and eight 1km runs. Four physical qualities determine how fast you finish. All four are built into our weekly programming.
8km of running broken into 1km segments. Pace control under fatigue. We build aerobic capacity and lactate threshold so you keep moving.
Farmer's carries, wall balls, lunges, sandbag work. Heavy stuff done while you're already cooked. The kind of strength that holds up under fatigue is what HYROX is really testing.
Skierg, rower, burpee broad jump, lunges, wall balls. Each station has technique. We drill it so the movements are efficient and repeatable.
The general ability to keep moving when it gets hard. Built through consistent programming over time, not a magic taper. The athletes who do well on race day are the ones who show up week in, week out.

Every week our group classes touch the qualities HYROX rewards. Ski erg, rower, wall balls, lunges, burpees, farmer's carries, running. Not as a HYROX block. As normal strength and conditioning. Show up to the regular classes and you're training for HYROX.
There's no secret HYROX block. Just consistent training that includes the movements HYROX rewards. Here's how to plug in.
