Client of the Month for November 2015 is Shannyn!
The Blue team Captain has been absolutely killing it. She recently got her first pull ups, then competed in her first CrossFit competition and last week was smashing out double sessions for Challenge Week and was a great motivating presence for others at the gym.

What do I enjoy most about training at 365 Performance?
The people I meet, the laughs we have, the workouts we do, and the progress I’ve made. In that order.

Getting my pull ups and entering my first competition.

Favourite WOD or Movement: Power cleans and box jumps!
Something people may not know about you: I’m a great dancer. Even people who have seen me dance don’t know that.
