What do you enjoy most about coming to 365 Performance?

Name some of your achievements since starting with 365 Performance:
There are a few…. I quit smoking, completely changed my diet and lost weight as well as centimeters. Ran the city to surf and last weekend completed my first half marathon. I have also competed in a crossfit competition and I am fitter and stronger than I have ever been.
Also, getting to 23% body fat – I was happy with this after losing weight and having that result.
Favourite movie: I would have to say Bridesmaids.
Favourite food: It has to be home made spaghetti bolognese
Favourite WOD: I don’t have a fave but love any testing wod, I like to see where I can improve or where I have improved.
Something people may not know about you: I have a find-a-word puzzle addiction.
