We offer an exciting, challenging, and varied programming that keeps training fun!
We work in 8-12 week training cycles, focusing on improving key areas of our fitness and strength. We work together to improve these numbers during the training block. This allows us to re-test and see the real-world results from our hard work!
Some days are more strength-focused, where we concentrate on our lifts. Movements like barbell squats, kettlebell swings, and occasionally some Olympic lifts will be included.
On other days, we may emphasise cardio and conditioning with rowers and bikes. Some days are dedicated to bodyweight movements like pushups, sit-ups, and pull-ups. Additionally, there are mixed days that incorporate a variety of exercises and are more focused on recovery.
