Meet Jordan,

Tradie/Roofer by day, CrossFitter by night! Struggled to keep consistent and motivated at a normal gym due to the boring routine.

He is now excelling in all aspects of his fitness from strength to cardio to getting shredded for summer!

We might pay him out for being a bit of a dope sometimes but in all seriousness he has a good attitude and always brings it in training. All of his lifting numbers have gone up as well as being super strong at the gymnastics movements such as muscle ups and hand stand push ups. He is also picking up the Olympic Lifting movements and learning a bunch in the process.

Always good having a laugh with ya mate!

These meetings are one on one with one of our friendly and knowledgeable coaches and last for around 30 minutes.
