She’s a busy working mum of 2, and managed to find time for herself to train consistently since joining us 6 weeks ago. In that short amount of time, she’s lost around 1kg a week and over 20cm around her body! She’s eating a lot better, gained a heap of energy now, getting better sleep, and improved her overall quality of life!
