If someone was to ask me “Why 365 Performance?”, my immediate answer would be “Why the hell not!?” There are many reasons why people don’t want to go to a gym, and at the end of the day, some of them are quite valid. But realistically most of them are not, and I’m hoping in the next few paragraphs I can encourage you to change your mindset from a “I Can’t” to “Hell Yes I CAN”.

The Team of Coaches at 365 Performance are second to none. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They made it easy to ask myself the hard questions about “What I want” and were open, honest and realistic about structuring a tailor made plan to get me there. The Coaches are attentive to your needs and offer guidance, support and advice not just on fitness and technique, but how to improve your nutrition and enhance your lifestyle choices to get the most out of your training.

365 Performance is more than a gym, it’s a Community, a family of all different ages, from all walks of life. We motivate each other, we challenge each other and above all, we take care of each other.

I have been going to 365 Performance now for just over 4 months, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. In the time I have been here, I have lost 10kg and my strength and fitness levels are far beyond what they used to be. I initially started doing personal training sessions once or twice a week for 2 months and then moved into doing the regular CrossFit Classes. I am now at the gym at least 4 days sometimes 5 or 6 days a week, and with so many class times during the day and open gym available to members outside class times, there really are “No Excuses!”

You don’t need to be fit to come to 365 Performance, that will come with time. All you need to do is to commit to taking that first step through the door, and once you get here everything else will fall into place. It may seem daunting at first, but if you put in the effort the results will come, and they will come quite quickly.
