Meet Eric!

He’s 80 years old, retired, and still training consistently with us – 5 years and still going strong.

He previously had no weight training experience in a gym environment, and so we created a training program that was suitable for his level and gradually we built him up from there. His fitness and strength has gradually improved ever since. He’s got 2 chin ups, able to lift heavier dumbbells, built an engine to get through heavy sled pushes, and lost a further 9kg since the beginning of the year!
