The first step is our comprehensive initial consultation and assessment, where we get clear on where you are right now: Mobility and Flexibility, General Strength, Fitness, Lifestyle, Nutrition, Previous Training History, as well as other goal-specific health markers.

Next is a comprehensive body composition analysis using our world-renowned InBody machine. It will give you an accurate representation of your body composition differentiating between fat, protein, minerals, and body water. We will continually re-test you to ensure you are making progress.

We then build out a specific plan to attack all the areas that need improvement relative to your goals, so you move forward and make manageable progress – at speed.

Every minute of your session is devoted to you making progress to what’s important to you.

Outside of your sessions, we will be supporting you and are available to answer any questions you have.

We will review your progress every 4-6 weeks and re-evaluate. Are you enjoying training? Where are your challenges? What do you enjoy? Where do you need help? This way, you are never bored, unmotivated or plateau.

When you are close to your initial goals, we will sit down and decide what’s next for you. This way, you are always making progress and achieving things you never thought possible.
