You will learn all different types of movements that will improve your body awareness and strength from exercises in gymnastics like handstands, pullups, muscle-ups as well as Olympic Lifting and other Powerlifting Movements. You will also be using other implements and machines like our Airdynes, Ski Ergs, Rowers and Prowler Sleds to take your fitness to the next level.

All while being around other like-minded people who are also wanting to take their training to the next level.

This type of training allows our clients to express themselves with their fitness in a multitude of ways – from CrossFit Competitions, Olympic Lifting Competitions, Marathons, Triathlons and Bodybuilding Competitions.
