Rianna has completely changed her lifestyle.

Like many of those new to us, she thought she needed to be fit and strong before starting.

Fast forward 3 years on and she’s super strong and with a whole lot more fitness, being able to take on challenges inside and out of the gym. Only a few weeks ago she went on an 80km bike ride for something to do!
