Name some of your achievements since starting with CrossFit Chipping Norton: Where do I start. In no particular order. – pull ups, substantial improvement in flexibility, a weight loss of approx 20kg, kipping, double unders, and an increase in energy for the whole day.
Goals: 10 strict pull-ups
Favourite movie: Dumb and dumber
Favourite food: King fish sashimi with soy sauce and wasabi.
Favourite WOD or movement: Squat clean
Who or what inspires you: Achievements! Not only personal but friends and family who I know have worked hard to get what they want.
Something people may not know about you: absolutely petrified of snakes.
