Client of the Month for June 2018 is Sophia!
Meet Sophia, one of friendly members who usually trains either 9am or 10am sessions with the odd afternoon/evening session here and there. If looks could deceive, she’s a prime example of this, she looks like any other friendly person but once a workout starts she turns up the dial and pushes hard, with a bit of encouragement (maybe peer pressure haha) she actually can lift heavy too. Her Olympic lifting technique is on point and a thing of beauty! She also trained through the entire Ramadan period too, just goes to show how committed she is with her fitness!

What do you enjoy most about coming to 365 Performance?
The Support!! No matter what you’re going through someone is always there greeting you with a smile.
Name some of your achievements since starting with 365 Performance?
Before starting at 365 Performance I did not even know what exercise was. I owned a gym membership that I probably used once every 6 months! So being consistent with training was a big one.
What are your favourite movies?
There are too many to choose from but some of my favourites are ‘The Greatest Showman’ and ‘The Pursuit of Happiness’.
What are your favourite foods?
EVERYTHING!!!!!! CHOCOLATE and CARBS and CHEESE and BURGERS and PIZZA… YUMMM!
What is your favourite WOD or movement?
Anything that DOES NOT involve running or the rower… Oh, and the bike hahaha!
What is something that people may not know about you?
I am a Behaviour Therapist and a 3rd Year Psychology student.
