Client of the Month for July 2018 is Sean!
Meet Sean, a regular Milpy 6am crew member, always brings a little pressure on the other guys that train at the same session with some good sportsmanship and friendly competition into the fray. He’s only ever missing workouts like almost really never. His bulletproof training consistency has been paying off with him being able to do some awesome things like 3 unbroken string ring muscle ups and strict hand stand push ups to name a few. He’s also diligent with rehab and mobility homework that’s being done after classes. He’s an all around great bloke to have in the community and gym! Mate, you’ve earned this honour with your unwavering and consistent training and strength gains and great attitude towards within the community! Congrats buddy!

What do you enjoy most about coming to 365 Performance?
The thing enjoy most about 365 Performance is that it’s a place you can go and train without any judgement. There are tough workouts but everyone there finds them tough but the coaches are able to appropriately scale it and help you get through it.
Name some of your achievements since starting with 365 Performance?
My main achievements since starting at 365 Performance are putting on lean mass. I have struggled to gain weight all my life. I also now got strict ring muscle ups, 10 strict pull ups, hand stand push ups and recently getting those elusive double unders, well sort of anyway.
What are your favourite movies?
Favourite movies include any of ‘The Fast and The Furious’ movies
What are your favourite foods?
Favourite food would have to be chicken schnitzel.
What is your favourite WOD or movement?
My favourite WOD I think it is called Cindy. The one with pull ups, push ups and air squats!
What is something that people may not know about you?
Don’t know what to say for this one really I’m not really that exciting. (Except when there’s a bit of banter and friendly competition amongst the other boys!)
