If you are training 4-5 days a week for around an hour, be prepared to get a lean, strong and more powerful body. Not only this, but you will feel better about yourself physically, mentally and emotionally. But you will not get “too big” or bulky.

Professional athletes who are training 2x/day and accumulating 4+ hours of training a day might start to add more muscle mass like the elite athletes and look ‘bigger’. At that level, however, they care more about performance than aesthetics.
