Client of the Month for August 2018 is Danica Daniel!
Meet Danica! If you were to look for an example of persistence and triumph, look no further! Danica is all that! She had a bad knee injury doing sports which required surgery to fix, but she didn’t let that go to her head and eliminate training altogether, instead she trusted in us and our comprehensive rehab program and stuck by for several months consistently throughout. She’s back on track again and able to do group classes, but along the way through her rehab period she gained considerable upper body strength and has been annihilating workouts! She oozes out inspiration and we all love her for it! Through adversity she came through out on top like a champion! Congratulations Danica, you truly deserve this honour!

What do you enjoy most about coming to 365 Performance?
– Definitely the community, made a couple of friends there and everyone is always supportive no matter what level of fitness you are at and big shout out to the coaches who helped me through my injury and pushed me through to get where I am now.
– Doing the WODs, where the WODs are already planned out weekly so I don’t need to think about what I have to do.
Name some of your achievements since starting with 365 Performance?
– Legless rope climbs and ring dips – I’ve gained a lot of upper body strength
– Overall fitness levels have improved.
What are your favourite movies?
I would watch pretty much anything except for horror.

What is your favourite WOD or movement?
Anything that doesn’t have the Assault bike!

I don’t really have any social media accounts.
