Client of the Month for April 2018 is Jack Korva!
Meet Jack, one of our teens that trains in the evening sessions, always coming into the gym with a great attitude, keen to get a workout in and then some, and always a pleasure to coach. Jack started with us at the beginning of 2017, young and very eager to learn and wanting to build strength to complement his sports background. While he didn’t have the strength starting out, he did have a strong determination to constantly improve. Now, you can see Jack training hard, lifting heavier weights and keeping all the older blokes on their toes, not only that, he also puts in extra accessory work before or after classes to ramp up his progress! Wow! For this reason, Jack definitely deserves this honour! Keep up the great work and keep inspiring your younger peers and adults around you! 🙂

What do you enjoy most about coming to 365 Performance?
I love the fact that as soon as you walk through the doors you are instantly greeted by happy people who all push each other to do their best.
Name some of your achievements since starting with 365 Performance?
Before starting I couldn’t do any form of Olympic lifting and now I am able to add heavy weights to the bar and lift them.
What are your favourite movies?
I like “American Pie” and “Lord of the Rings”.
What are your favourite foods?
Meat pies and pasta!
What is your favourite WOD or movement?
Heavy sled pushes and thrusters and the CrossFit Open 16.5!
What is something that people may not know about you?
I used to play footy for 10 years, did boxing for 5 years and have a massive love for CrossFit!
