We pair you with the coach best suited to you who then meticulously develops a program specifically tailored to your goals – focusing on all aspects required for the best outcome including a personalised nutrition prescription.

CONSTANT TOUCH POINTS, REVIEWS & ACCOUNTABILITY

We use state of the art technology to track and monitor results as your program is completed on a daily and weekly basis.

All workouts are logged for your coach to see in real-time and any questions, queries, or concerns can be addressed on the spot (no need to wait a week or do your own research to figure something out).

Each month we do a full review to see how the previous four weeks training went and ensure you are still progressing towards your goals.

The 365 Performance online portal allows all of our remote clients the opportunity to further develop their knowledge and awareness with lifestyle, nutrition, and movement through our self-paced courses as well as our extensive database of all exercises.

This allows you to have a much more immersive experience when following the program as you are constantly upgrading your knowledge and getting a deeper understanding of the ‘why’ underneath the prescription.

The interactions with our community also allow for another level of accountability through the relationships formed with people who are going through the same experiences as yourself.
