We are an organism and if the stress imposed doesn’t change – neither do we.
Your program needs to be constantly changing and evolving – as your experience and capacity improves.
Likewise, what you eat needs to be tailored to your activity level, goals and history.
What you initially started eating was overcome with some exercise. But then you get to a point where you can’t outwork a poor diet.
Do you tolerate carbs well? When? Are you undereating which is causing you to hold fat?
How are you recovering? Are you just an exercise bunny chasing the high after exercise to wake you up? A band-aid (and unhealthy) fix to adrenal dysfunction?
