Personal Training is done on the hour, every hour and our group training timetable is below:

Our regular CrossFit & Group Training Sessions.
This time is allocated for those members who need to catch up on a session or have a technique/movement they need to work on. You can come in and use any of the equipment and do what you choose. If you feel like you want to work on a few things but don’t know where to start just speak to one of our Coaches and they will help you out.
Every Saturday Morning we have a Gymnastics Intensive session. For those who want extra help with their gymnastics under the guidance of an experienced coach.
