Session
Our regular CrossFit & Group Training Sessions.
Open Gym
This time is allocated for those members who need to catch up on a session or have a technique/movement they need to work on. You can come in and use any of the equipment and do what you choose. If you feel like you want to work on a few things but don’t know where to start just speak to one of our Coaches and they will help you out.
Olympic Lifting
Every Friday Night we have an Olympic Lifting Intensive session. For those who want extra help with their lifts under the guidance of an experienced coach.
Mobility
Think Self Physiotherapy. Stretching only focuses on lengthening short and tight muscles. Mobilisation, on the other hand, is a movement-based integrated full-body approach that addresses all the elements that limit movement and performance including short and tight muscles, soft tissue restriction, joint capsule restriction, motor control problems, joint range of motion dysfunction, and neural dynamic issues. In short, mobilisation is a tool to globally address movement and performance problems.
