Client of the Month for October 2018 is Biljana Ognenovski!
Meet the super lovely Biljana, her hubby Jason introduced her into our gym and she started out as a 6 Week Challenge client in March this year with limited experience, but since then she has been doing super well, getting fit, strong and lean. Better watch out for Team Ognenovski! With a never quit attitude, she embraces the hard work and will see a workout to the end, refusing to go the easier route of lightening the loads. Our team is impressed at how she handled herself and smashed the Filthy Fifty workout recently, pumping out proper rep after proper rep never fearing how long it would take, no shortcuts were taken! Behind the workout beast, she’s real friendly and always smiling at the gym, she’s part of the infamous ‘Charlie’s Angels’ group always bringing fun, laughter, and mischief. Great work, Biljana, you’ve been pretty super!

What do you enjoy most about coming to 365 Performance?
The workouts! Each day is different and always exciting to see what is waiting for us. Also the people everyone I have met so far have been so friendly and encouraging during the workouts. There is a great support system which is nice to have during the hard and intense workouts. I have made great friendships with a lot of people especially with my “Charlie Angels” Karina F and Annabel. Much love to all the coaches, you’re all fantastic too.
Name some of your achievements since starting with 365 Performance?
I have two which have stood out heaps for me which is my PR in deadlift (65kg) and back squatting (62kg) so I’m pretty pumped about that. I’m definitely feeling stronger which is a great feeling.
What are your favourite movies?
My list is too long so I’ll only name a few… LOL. The Avengers and pretty much all Marvel movies, any movies with Will Farrell and Kevin Hart. I pretty much watch anything besides Horror! The older I get the more I can’t handle horror flicks!
What are your favourite foods?
Vietnamese (could eat it every day), Japanese and seafood.

What is something that people may not know about you?
I love to paint on canvases in my spare time.
