Client of the Month for October 2017 is Chantal!
Meet Ese, our friendly Milpie gym regular, a friendly face that everybody adores! She’s always there to cheer everyone during workouts and competitions along with her 365 Cheer Squad family. She’s also quite the performer when the ball comes into her court. She’s hit a number of awesome achievements recently and she’s impressed us all and most deserving of the Client of the Month award! Here’s a few feathers in her cap – getting T2B and smashing WODs at Rx with T2B in them, getting her pistol squats, strict pull ups and consistently hitting 2-3 each time, improved her cardio by leaps and bounds! She pumped out PRs for her front squats and bench presses too, and finally she competed in her first competition recently too! Did we miss anything else? 🙂

What do you enjoy most about coming to 365 Performance?
What I enjoy most about coming to 365 is the gym vibe, the people/coaches make it special. 😍😍
Name some of your achievements since starting with 365 Performance?
Biggest achievement since starting is competing in my 1st CF comp alongside my Aunty Lena. Managing to do T2B in a partner wod was cool and being able to pump out some pistols in a wod was pretty overwhelming. 😂😂
What are your favourite movies?
I love my movies,too many to name but old time favourite Now & then. Hacksaw ridge and ATM Thor was pretty cool. 😎
What are your favourite foods?
Favourite entre: Spring Rolls or Nem Nuong made by our very own Victoria Ruru. 😍
For my mains: Oka (traditional Samoan dish), raw fish with coconut cream, mixed with cucumber, tomatoes and onions with taro. My dad’s homemade curry with rice.
Can’t forget my favourite dessert: coconut rough & fave icecream orange choc chip (tiptop brand). 👌
What is your favourite wod or movement?
Power cleans and snatches.
What is something that people may not know about you?
My favourite actor is Mark Wahlberg. 😂😍😎
