Client of the Month for May 2017 is Dean Stapleton!

Dean is one of our friendly top bloke clients training out of CrossFit Milperra. He’s got a great can-do-have-a-go energy that anyone, new to gym or existing, can easily feed off from and be inspired to step out of their comfort zone. He really shone bright when he stepped up to the challenge of a tough workout in our Challenge Week finale for his own team, and gained a bunch of admiration and cheering in the limelight. Top effort, Deano! You truly deserve this honour of Client of the Month of May 2017!

You can check out his feature on our website along with other clients here:

What do you enjoy most about coming to 365 Performance?

That’s a No Brainer, The Environment. Like in any situation, whether it be work, home or your sporting team, if there is positive energy, it makes it easy to turn up. I like the fact that there is Zero Ego at our Box and that everyone there is on their own little journey, but we are all working together to achieve the same goal, to feel better about ourselves. Some days you think you are going backwards but you look around and someone else is pumping you up. I have made some pretty cool friends here and always enjoy seeing a new face, going through the same pain as I am. LOL.

BTW, the coaches are pretty cool too. 🙂

Name some of your achievements since starting with 365 Performance?

Hand Stand Push ups, Strict Pull ups (6 unbroken), Rope Climbing and Better Eating Habits.

What are your favourite movies?

Mad Max, and Anything With Adam Sandler or Will Ferrell in it.

What are your favourite foods?

Seafood Platter, Laksa or a Rack of Lamb any day of the week

What is your favourite wod or movement?

Cindy and Thrusters

What is something that people may not know about you?

I lived in Vancouver for 18 months when I was 23. I worked as a Ski Lift Operator and got to experience Heli skiing in some of the most remote mountains in BC.
