Client of the Month for March 2017 is Talisha Diaz!
Meet Talisha, she started with us almost a year ago, she was a little timid at first however definitely open minded, but with the encouragement of the coaches, her newfound gym buddies, and her dad (who joined us at least a month before Talisha did) she grew confidence in herself, developed a stronger mindset, became incredibly stronger and so much more fitter. If there are heavy weights involved in a workout, you can be 110% sure she’s going to give a crack and possibly pump out a new record! The community here is super proud of you! Keep up the great work! 🙂
What do you enjoy most about coming to 365 Performance?
The environment of such a close knit community and especially how involved all the coaches get in my progress and my life in general. It makes me want to show up everyday knowing they’re there for a chat even if I’m not feeling the best and after the usual 10am class, I’ll be happy lil me again.
Name some of your achievements since starting with 365 Performance?
Back squat 100kg @ 60kgs bodyweight!
Can finally do the gymnastic movement ‘skin the cat’ on the high rings.
Overall my mindset and health has come a long way since starting at 365 Performance also.
What are your favourite movies?
Tarzan, Anchorman, Avengers, The Inbetweeners.. too many to choose from!
What are your favourite foods?
Fruit smoothies/smoothie bowls are my fav.
What is your favourite wod or movement?
Front/back squats and anything with gymnastics and handstands.
