Client of the Month for January 2016 is Greg!
Greg initially joined us as a PT client after not having success and getting injured with previous personal trainers. He is now 50kg down, capable of doing 7 pull ups in a row, turns up to training every day, beat everyone in a workout last week, and truly changed his life! Truly inspirational journey, Greg! We are so proud of you!
What do I enjoy most about training at 365 Performance?
I enjoy the team environment. It makes the workout fun even though sometimes I hate what I’m doing.
What are some of your achievements since starting with 365 Performance?
My biggest achievement is having the confidence to attempt anything. Even if i fail, just keep working at it. Believing in myself.
My favourite movie? Honestly, it changes from week to week.
Favourite WOD or Movement:
I love WODs that are high in intensity and have a time limit.

When I first joined CrossFit Chipping Norton, I was puffed after I walked up 15 steps.
