Client of the Month for February 2018 is Annalisa Pestrin!
Meet Anna, one of our most friendliest personal training clients around, from time she’ll pop in and do a CrossFit session in the mornings. Although she can be soft spoken, she actually pumps out sessions pretty hard, and has strengths numbers climbing in her PT program log to show for it. She’s always improving on her barbell movements, and its pretty safe to say that she’s caught the Oly bug and her addiction to the barbell shows. Anna’s mind frame and mentality has improved leaps and bounds over the course of her training here with us, allowing her to tackle challenges head on and progress through. We’re so proud to crown you as February’s Client of the Month, you’ve truly deserved this honour! 🙂

What do you enjoy most about coming to 365 Performance?
Being a nurse I spend all day, every day caring and worrying about others and sometimes it’s hard to switch off but 365 Performance allows me to just solely focus on myself, to step outside my comfort zone and do things I never thought I could do in a million years.
It’s been my happy place since day one.
Name some of your achievements since starting with 365 Performance?
I’ve lost over 20kgs since starting, I’m stronger and fitter than I have ever been before, however the way my mentality towards life and myself has changed and this is my biggest achievement yet.
What are your favourite movies?
– Cool Runnings
– White Chicks

– Me Before You.
What are your favourite foods?
Thai food, or sushi.
What is your favourite WOD or movement?
I really like learning all the Oly movements but my most favourite movement would have to be Back Squats 🙂 and all the torture that the coaches put me through during my PT sessions haha.
What is something that people may not know about you?
I’m really into poetry yet give me hip hop/old school R&B music any day.
