What do you enjoy most about coming to 365 Performance?
The variety of excercises and classes. Theres always a progression option to try to really push yourself.

Name some of your achievements since starting with 365 Performance:
Getting into a handstand – always scared I’d hit my head on the wall and Pullups! Took some time but I got there.

Favourite movie: The Harry Potter series

Favourite food: Mexican

Favourite WOD or movement: Squat Clean & jerk

Who or what inspires you: My dad. He’s an oldie but I’ve never seen anyone work harder and enjoy life more than he does!

Something people may not know about you: I don’t like peas
